I hired and paid for linen only to find on arrival that all the beds were already made up and towels were provided by the owner. Whilst hiring unnecessary linen was not a huge amount of money it was an extra cost that I wasn't expecting and in the end wasn't needed. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in this unit for 12 weeks. The unit was perfect for our needs, it was neat and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances of all kinds.The oven and cooktop were very dated but during our stay were measured up to be replaced.The location was perfect with great views of the water and easy access to all the great cafes and restaurants Port Macquarie is renowned for. We basically parked the car and walked everywhere.The unit Managers were extremely helpful and the residents in the unit block were very friendly.We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a break close to the beach. ##### Denise S.
