Everything from check in to check out was great. The room & location was fantastic. Would highly recommend there on site restaurant, Henry's, the food was terrific. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Port Macquarie 👍

We had a great stay and enjoyed the privacy that we got. The only downside for us would be the shower/water pressure being abit lacking in both bathrooms. Occasionally taking minutes to heat up and function properly.

The pre-authorization taken during checkin at the resort was messed up. However the GM assisted in resolving the issue. Excellent service by the GM. Otherwise the stay was good and comfortable. Great place to unwind.

Property is like a resort, friendly staff, 4-5 minutes walk to the beach, most of the guests are all the elderly. Nice pool and bikes, gym, just about everything except food is inclusive. They do hassle you for a presentation, they don’t take no for an answer, they’ll call you everyday to see if you changed your mind. Room was nice, bed sheets were dirty, fridge was dirty, bedroom was hot and fan does not do much, if you open the window, to noisy from the neighbours The are a couple outdated restaurants near by and a post office that also sells alcohol, otherwise you’ll need to drive for groceries.

I have stayed her previously and it was great, hence why I booked again. The first time I stayed, my room was more modern than this time, however the booking was the same. The room I had this time was older, but still nice. However the shower was over a bath. I am quite tall and I had to crouch so my head didn't hit the ceiling above the bath when showering.

It was awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was clean. The only be thing I would suggest is a small vacuum in the room to use. Especially when back from the beach so we could clean up ourselves a bit. And the ability to rebook for next year on checkout. The dates we’re open when the girls at the front desk checked. Excellent accommodation. Hoping to rebook next year.

Room had everything I needed and was very clean. Pool area and Henry’s restaurant were excellent. Nice and relaxing sitting by the pool, nice walk to the beach. Only issue, be prepared for the pressure from staff to join Timeshare, they got a bit upset when I said not interested. Just wish they are up front about it from the start, instead of making it sound like something else. It made me feel like it was a scam, the whole way they went about it and the initial secrecy.

Really need to address putting something around the pool for people to leave belongings as it was impossible to get a chair or even any dry spot at busy times and everything is wet. Loss of space around the pool to the restaurant since we were there last was felt. People holding chairs with resort towels was annoying when they aren’t even in the pool. The room had lost belongings and rubbish under the couch. Wasn’t as clean as when we have previously stayed. Was a bit noisy at night by the elevator and kids playing with trolleys. The rainbow lorikeets who visited daily were lovely and very tame. Love the location being so close to the beach and prefect distance to town.
