A quick call to the agent sorted out an after hour key pickup so lucky I called . Also apparently the listing provided no bedding or towels. My error obviously but I have never seen a listing not provide this before so this caused an emergency K Mart shop at 7pm on a Friday night ! Apartment was old style but really large.
