Reviewer Comments: After reading fine print, thankfully I did as I realised this property doesn't come with sheets and pillow cases ect, you have to hire them, which is an absolute joke. Beds and mattresses were too old and squeaky and quite smelly along with being heavily stained. The bedroom cupboards seem they not been opened for quite a while as it smelled really old and musky. Extremely tight car space, to the point have to get passengers out of car 1st before entering. Coin slotted washing machine which doesnt indicate exactly what coins u need, so time was lost stuffing around with that. Overall cleanliness was very average. The property managers I would say are the best you will find. Excellent communication skills and more than willing to go out of their way. They are a local real estate agent and I would have to say I gave them 10 out of 10 for being sensational. Unfortunately the property is well but below par. The curtains are that old and need replacing because every time you touch them they physically breakdown in your hands. the property itself is full with cockroaches. Look don’t get me wrong it’s a great location and for what you pay it makes a great fishing hut. If the owners of the property just spent some time cleaning it and bringing the utensils to this day and age it might be too bad. Overall it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Please don’t use this as a deterrent I’m hoping that the owners read it and spend some money revesting in their property. ##### Richard R.
