Laundry and dryer was a big help. Jacuzzi was such a plus. Only a short walk to North Shields jetty so that was amazing. Could do with a few extra rubbish bins around the rooms, a clock would be a nice addition too. Otherwise couldn't really fault the place, communication was a real ease with Donna as she arranged cleaner to drop off a few extra items that we've during our week long stay.
