The room was clean and spacious the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to chill out but you need to be mobile or have a car. As we holiday in Port Isaac annually we knew the hotel and its location as we had dined there a number of times. We were curious about the accommodation and this was a great place to do nothing and spoil ourselves. We would not hesitate to return.

We had an incredible stay in a beautiful location. Lovely see views from the balcony (perfect for morning yoga). The upside down living made the most of the views. The two rooms, one with a double and one with 2 single bunks were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 pre-teen children. Everything was clean and homely. We loved taking the footpath near the front of site from the main road, down to Port Garverne at the for see dips and dinner at Pilchards where the flavours were delicious, and also...

Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return!

An excellent centrally located cottage. Full of character. Details clearly outlined for check in/key arrangements. Parking space within a 5 minute walk. Handily located for local pubs, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the harbour and access for a swim in the sea. Space is tight, but this adds to the character. People weren't as tall when this place was built! Full kitchen facilities available and a washing machine. Great shower and two toilets. Fireplace oozes...

Really well designed property with spacious downstairs and outside area . Very good to have the small en-suite in main bedroom. Outside area was great , plenty of seating , good sea view , clean and no issue with seagulls ! Very convenient location . Only improvement suggestion would be to provide a hairdryer.

Clean well appointed has all you need plus the bonus of a parking space had a great stay

Beautiful views, warm welcome, exceptional service. Staff could not do enough for you providing helpful guidance on activities in the area. Cannot recommend enough, just a note on parking facilities they are a challenge.

All staff helpful and friendly , clean and well presented room. In room tea/coffee making , plus some nice biscuits. Good breakfast included too.

Good breakfast and nice staffs

This is a great place to stay, the room we booked was a family room and had a king size and two singles plus a sofa and table in the living area so lots of room. The bathroom had a bath and excellent separate shower. The staff were really friendly and the pub itself busy with great food at attractive prices. An excellent cooked breakfast was also included, all for just over £100. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!

Very friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant was great, lovely atmosphere and great food. They also serve an excellent breakfast. A great place to stay
