PROPERTY DETAILS: 4 bedrooms - King, 2 bunks upstairs, Downstairs - King, 2 singles; sleeps 10\. Quilts and pillows are supplied, BYO sheets, towels & tea-towels; OR optional linen hire $170 available through Country Getaways office; optional linen service fee $80 for beds to be made up. 2 lounge areas both with TV & DVD/Video; 55’ Smart television; iPod dock; CD player; WiFi for guests. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; Espressotoria coffee machine (guests need to bring compatible pods); Kitchen appliances including rice cooker, slow cooker & George Foreman grill. RC ducted airconditioning upstairs, split system downstairs in living area, ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms. Two large bathrooms, one with bath. Top load washing machine and dryer. Garage parking for 2 vehicles, secure rear yard. Bikes (guest will need to bring their own safety equipment to use including bike helmets); Kayak (guests need to bring life jackets). Portable fish cleaning sink. Flat plate gas barbecue. A child gate for the stairs and high chair supplied.  
  
DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs from Moonta to Port Hughes. Turn right into Harry Point Road, then Right into Patricks Cove Estate (big stone entrance gates). Turn left at T junction, House is at the end of the street. Look for our HOLIDAY RENTAL sign on the building.  
  
NOTE - access to the beach is via a walkway off Harry's Point Road (at the bottom of Richards Terrace). Turn Right when leaving property garage. (Beachfront paddock and dunes are privately owned. )
