Charming accommodations by the lake’s edge. Private setting but close to all the town has to offer.

Port Hope Lake House

This place was terrible, it was so bad that we did not even stay, we left immediately. The listing completely mis-represents the place - I have pictures and I do not think this would even be a legal rental. I have reached out to the owner requesting a refund but I have not heard back. What does VRBO do in this situation - do you allow the owner to continue listing?
