As we are beach people we appreciated the location. But the unit is a little tired, paint peeling off the outside, the front screen door wouldn't lock and the back door wouldn't open at all. The property is east of the Moyne River and very conveniently located with the beach 1 minute away and a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The property is a bit older on the outside but has been significantly renovated inside. It was very clean and comfortable inside with modern facilities and was really well equipped. The property managers were really helpful in terms of instructions and even left a map of the town and area to use which was great. I really enjoyed my stay here - thank you! ##### James R. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking pots etc and utensils. The property has East Beach to its right hand side only a few blocks away. The back Cort yard was over grown, full of soil and not properly paved. We couldn't even have a bbq or hang our washing outside because the clothes line was rusted and full of old pegs full of spiders.
