### Kalypso - Overlooking Southern Ocean

Kalypso is a unique and inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home overlooking the wild Southern Ocean, fully wheel chair accessible with wide doorways, open showers and a built in lift.   
  
Head inside the front door and feel the rich warmth of the house envelop you. The open plan living and kitchen takes full advantage of the views, flooding the area with light. The long bench seat is made for lazy Sunday mornings or make use of the large screen Smart TV. This house has been lovingly renovated and you can feel the joy and attention in the small touches throughout this home. There is a split system for heating and cooling in the living/kitchen area.  
  
The kitchen comes with all expected modern conveniences, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and two ovens. There is a double fridge/freezer and expansive counter space and accessible filtered water tap. There is central dining room table with seating for 4.  
  
The first bedroom on the ground floor contains two King Singles, with wall heater, drawers and ensuite. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity.  
  
Head upstairs to the second living space and full length balcony with views over the ocean. Settle in the tan leather couch with ottoman, enjoy an evening movie on the Smart TV or better yet in the depths of winter as the ocean rages outside, curl up with a glass of wine and a good book to while away the evening after a long day out exploring Port Fairy and the surrounds. There is a split system for winter and summer.  
  
The master bedroom is upstairs and comes with Queen bed, built in robes and ensuite. As with downstairs the ensuite comes with large shower, toilet and vanity.   
  
At the back of the house there is a study area if required. There is also a full laundry with both washer and dryer as well as laundry sink, subtly hidden behind a large rolled door. From the study area you can access the enclosed back garden as well as the carport area.  
  
Kalypso offers an enchanting home, and a place to rest and find time for you.   
  
Please note this house is not suitable for young children
