Unfortunately on arrival, she the rooms were clean, kitchen utensils were often filthy. In addition, many basics that you would expect for a holiday rental were missing (washing basket, net for ping pong table, wine glasses, pegs etc). There was no working bbq despite this being advertised. Nor would I describe the bath set up as a deluxe spa! The back she'd contained a drum full of rubbish and cigarette butts. The property manager was excellent in trying to make amends at a busy time. The house was very dark on a rainy day as well. For the smallest of investment, this place could be a special rustic destination. Plus side was the bedroom layout, expansive and pet friendly garden and location. ##### Cath G. We had the pleasure of staying at Beauvais over Easter. Six adults and one very contented Labrador! It was perfect for us and so close to everything.
