### Auldy's on East Beach

Auldy’s is a thoughtfully designed beachfront townhouse that captures ocean views whichever way you look. With modern amenities, spacious living/ kitchen/dining area and two separate living areas, Auldy’s is the perfect family, group or couples retreat.  
  
Park in your private garage with additional parking in the driveway and head inside. The first of the living spaces comes with spacious and comfortable sofas and TV and it's own split system. The ideal retreat for the kids when you want some quiet time or send them all to the beach and relax in the decadent velvet day bed with a glass of wine and good book.   
  
The downstairs bedrooms comprise of a queen room and built in robes. The second 2 bedrooms both contains 2 singles with walk in robes. The main bathroom can also be found downstairs with walk in shower and toilet. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as an outdoor clothes lines, for your use during your stay. There is also an outdoor shower for your use after a hard day on the beach!  
  
The master Queen can be found upstairs and comes with a walk-in robe, it's own TV and decking access. In the morning grab your cup of coffee and sit outside in the sunshine enjoying the slow starts that all holidays deserve. The main bedroom also has an ensuite with separate powder room.   
  
The open plan kitchen, dining and living space takes full advantage of the views you have and comes with a CD with indoor/outdoor sound system fitted to the upper level. Enjoy family time in the living area with beautiful views and surrounded by photographs and stories of past guests.   
  
The kitchen boasts all modern amenities with plenty of counter space for your getaway. With Auldy's only a 5 minute walk from the Port Fairy town centre, you can wander into town and enjoy the many cafes and restaurants there are on offer. The world is at your fingertips here at Auldy's and this home is sure to be one you will remember and return to time and again.
