It is located in the south beach area only a short stroll to the popular pea soup beach. The large external sheltered decking and veranda are perfect for family alfresco dining, with BBQ supplied. The kitchens colour scheme is bold and it works it comes fitted with all the modern essential conveniences, including a coffee pod machine! The open planned kitchen, dining and lounge area has a large flat screen Smart TV with DVD player for those winter evenings snuggled down inside with a steaming mug of hot chocolate. The master bedroom is a Queen bed and built in robes. The second bedroom has a double bed with built in robes and the third bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks. Plenty of room for the entire family to get away all year round. The bathroom has a separate shower and a very large spa - not found in many holiday homes! There is a separate toilet located in the laundry which is handy. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer. At the rear is a small enclosed grass yard making it suitable for small children and your furry friends. While at the front of the house there is ample space to park both the family car and boat. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family (myself, husband, two teenagers and our dog). The house was spotless, the backyard was perfect for our dog and it was in a great location (about a 25 minute walk to town). The spa in the main bathroom was an added bonus too! We were provided with a fantastic information pack on the house prior to arrival and the property managers were fantastic.We would highly recommend a stay here and if we are back in Port Fairy again we would love to stay here again! ##### Amanda E. All amenities are excellent....... kitchen bathroom laundry. Beds are super comfortable and towels/bed linen are of high quality. Drinking water in Port Fairy is not great so buy some bottles.
