A bold & unique pet friendly South Beach home

This property has been constructed with fun and flair. It is located in the south beach area only a short stroll to the popular pea soup beach. The large external sheltered decking and veranda are perfect for family alfresco dining, with BBQ supplied.

The kitchens colour scheme is bold and it works it comes fitted with all the modern essential conveniences, including a coffee pod machine! The open planned kitchen, dining and lounge area has a large flat screen Smart TV with DVD player for those winter evenings snuggled down inside with a steaming mug of hot chocolate.

The master bedroom is a Queen bed and built in robes. The second bedroom has a double bed with built in robes and the third bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks. Plenty of room for the entire family to get away all year round.

The bathroom has a separate shower and a very large spa - not found in many holiday homes!

There is a separate toilet located in the laundry which is handy. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer.

At the rear is a small enclosed grass yard making it suitable for small children and your furry friends. While at the front of the house there is ample space to park both the family car and boat. It's a fantastic family holiday home ready for your next adventure in Port Fairy

Fantastic stay in Port Fairy

We spent 3 nights at this lovely home. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family (myself, husband, two teenagers and our dog). The house was spotless, the backyard was perfect for our dog and it was in a great location (about a 25 minute walk to town). The spa in the main bathroom was an added bonus too! We were provided with a fantastic information pack on the house prior to arrival and the property managers were fantastic.We would highly recommend a stay here and if we are back in Port Fairy again we would love to stay here again!

Great house which is set up well for our fur babies. House will maintained with all amenities provided. Good location and only a 15min walk to the Main Street. Check in process and correspondence with the property manager made our stay enjoyable. Would certainly book again and recommend to others.

Port fairy long weekend

It was great for us; comfortable, and quite spacious, think it needs a new shower head! Also maybe an outside light near stairs would be a good idea, pretty dark coming home from dinner. We also had an issue with one of the dishwashers.

Was a great location and a great size house for the family. Areas of the house had mould and a lot of condensation in the windows and walls. Gas heating good in the lounge but not for warming rest of house. Shower had low pressure.

We had a great time. The property manager Jamie was very helpful and quick to respond.

It was a great place to stay with families. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity and time to come back. Excellent service and prompt response from the property manager. The house was very clean and tidy.

It is an excellent place for those who want to bring their pets. All amenities are excellent....... kitchen bathroom laundry. Beds are super comfortable and towels/bed linen are of high quality. Drinking water in Port Fairy is not great so buy some bottles. Only negative is a few protruding nails on the deck and a gate at the front of the house would be nice for additional pet/children security
