This two storey property consists of open plan lounge, kitchen/dining, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry upstairs. The balcony offers great rural views to enjoy while sitting back and relaxing.  
Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom, a second living area perfect for a kids retreat, and a piano for the upcoming musician to play entertain the family. The front and rear yards are great for the kids to run around and play games.
