A short walk will get you to the Strand with it\`s boutique shopping, cafes and pubs. Enjoy a wine on the master bedroom balcony while you take in the sights and the sounds of the ocean, the surfers and the beach walkers. The property itself comes well equipped with a spacious living and dining area. A wall-mounted smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi are included. Bring your own streaming service login details. The brand new kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine available too if you’d like to make your own coffee and enjoy the views from home. Out the back is a small courtyard with a table, chairs, and a gas BBQ. Downstairs you\`ll also find the laundry and a second toilet. Upstairs is a gorgeous, brand new bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and vanity. The huge master bedroom features a balcony and stunning views. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed. This property may allow one small dog with permission. Please ask at the time of booking. A pet fee of $75 will apply. Strictly no smoking and no parties. Penalties will apply. All bed linen, tea towels, and bathroom towels including bath towels, bath mat, hand towels, and face washers are included. Please bring your own beach towels. \*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. A pre-check-in form must also be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you cancel within the free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded minus a $30 merchant/credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable. You will enjoy this townhouse all to yourselves but if you need us, we are only a few minutes away. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. Most of the plates, glasses and cutlery were visibly dirty 🤢Peeling wallpaper in lounge room. I was overcharged and then charged double and had to wait over a week for money to go back to my bank account. Property managers seemed perplexed as to why I was upset about this.
