Th space is very nicely set out with lovely touches and everything you need for a short stay. It is sans oven but has a microwave and stovetop. On driving up to the property it didn’t look the best ie cobwebs were abundant, The outdoor seating area covered in bird droppings and did not entice me to sit outside. However we were disappointed by two things; the lack of blinds on the windows and the amount of traffic that drove past the accommodation on a private property. There is a window directly opposite the toilet that has no blind which looks right out onto the main residence and the driveway and the large bedroom window only has a sheer curtain, certainly see-through at night. This also looks out to the driveway. With the amount of cars driving past, this was indeed uncomfortable and really surprising. The front door is also bare of window furnishings and anyone coming down the driveway can see straight into the accommodation. We felt that each window should be properly fitted with blinds and it's up to the guests if they use them or not. Just a styling tip too - if you have vases in the rooms (there were four overall) and least put something in them. It doesn't need to be fresh flowers, but it then looks like you've gone to some trouble. You also need to update your information sheets - there were two of the same sheet in the leather binder and they were both badly stained - unprofessional. I also would have liked the property manager to send me a message about key collect/how to access the property etc. rather than me having to approach them on the actual day. ##### Naomi T.
