Located just a short distance from the white sandy beaches and local cafes, this airbnb property offers an ideal balance of modern comfort and tranquility. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. We felt very much at home and comfortable with high quality beds, linens, ducted aircon, modern bathroom/kitchen and well appointed, charming rooms. We found the checkin a little confusing as our written instructions were different to the verbal instructions we received over the phone resulting at one stage in us being unable to re-enter the house after a day trip. Fortunately though, the agent was available and immediately resolved the issue. We'd love to return again for another stay in gorgeous Port Elliot at this delightful cottage. The building was poorly repaired, doors stuck, floors and subsequently some furniture wobbled. Most of the chairs were either musty or frail. Also the bathroom was nicely renovated but the floor was slippery and the diffusers not installed properly. The outside bathroom was delightful but unfortunately in an unkempt garden with a stony patchy grass, including builders offcuts complete with empty coffee cups. ##### Megan N.
