I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The location is one of its biggest strengths—it's right along the Mississippi River and connected to the Riverwalk, making it easy to shop, dine, and walk to the French Quarter, Caesars New Orleans, and the Convention Center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though some areas of the hotel and certain rooms could benefit from updating. If having a great view is important to you, it's worth requesting a river-facing room when booking. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was efficient. The hotel offers plenty of amenities, including a large fitness center, pool, and several dining options, although parking and some extras can be expensive, so it's a good idea to factor those costs into your budget. If you're a light sleeper, consider requesting a room away from elevators or high-traffic areas. For the best experience, higher floors tend to offer quieter rooms and better views. A beautiful hotel tied to the WWII museum. The decor is all from the era. Our check in agent was very friendly and informative. The bed and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. We didn’t try the restaurant but we did enjoy coffee from the coffee bar. We will return again in the future when the d-Day portion of the museum is completed.

Great hotel, with suites of varying size. Each one of us had our own bedroom with a shared bathroom and a shared common space (kitchen, living/dining room). There was even a washer and dryer in the suite. We took advantage of the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop pool. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was someone always on duty at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.
