I love the location and the uniqness of the hotel and the court yard was beautiful. The room was clean. The staff Jennifer was great she upgraded my room. She gave me some decent places to have drinks and dinner. She was very helpful. We did not have a balcony room. The only problem I had was there was a brown sweat on the ceiling and the plug is on both sides of the bed did not work.

The location is perfect, centrally located for walking to Bourbon St. or restaurants/bars close by. We were even able to walk to the convention center during Essence Fest. The lobby was a vibe the entire weekend!
