It was roomy and airy, great balcony overlooking the village and a wonderful swimming pool, especially if one wants to do serious laps! It is only a very short walk to the main street and the shops and restaurants (uphill on the way back, go easy on the wine!). The only disadvantage, which may not worry some, is it looks down directly at two pubs on the main street that can get a bit noisy with loud music, especially at the weekends. The apartment was beautifully clean and well appointed, everything was thoughtfully provided from beach towels to spare gas for the bbq. Annie and the team at LJ Hooker Port Douglas were wonderful and their communication was prompt, professional and friendly.
