The studio is designed with relaxation in mind, offering a king-sized bed dressed in fresh linen and a sleek ensuite bathroom. A flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and a mini fridge are also provided for your comfort.  
  
Step outside and you’ll discover all the amenities that make Ramada Port Douglas a sought-after retreat. Take a refreshing dip in the lagoon-style swimming pool, surrounded by palms and sun loungers. Enjoy cocktails at the swim-up bar, indulge in a spa treatment, or stay active in the on-site fitness facilities. The resort also features a restaurant, bar, guest laundry facilities (paid), and beautifully landscaped tropical gardens that set the scene for a truly unforgettable stay. Please note: some services and facilities, such as the spa, may incur an additional cost.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.  
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.  
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.   
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.  
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.  
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.   
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.  
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.   
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.  
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.  
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
