Situated within a private block of four villas, the board-walk approach to the front entrance conveys a feeling of wandering through the rain forest, surrounded by tropical gardens and trees. Well positioned, with sweeping views across the 4th fairway, it’s only a 200mt leisurely stroll to the sandy shores of the iconic Four Mile Beach and main resort facilities. With Four generous sized bedrooms and three bathrooms on offer, it’s sufficiently equipped for larger families and groups. Upstairs are two a generous sized bedrooms. The master has a private balcony and both rooms are fitted with ensuites. The remaining two bedrooms are located downstairs and share the main bathroom facilities. A separate laundry is available for added convenience. Tastefully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with quality appliances. Being split level, the living area is accessed via a few steps down from the dining room, offering an open plan layout. This space is divided into two zones for relaxation. With high vaulted ceilings, it’s framed by a panel of glass windows and sliding doors that open onto an entertaining verandah. Here is where you can fully take advantage and enjoy the tropical, balmy weather.
