Inviting you out onto the entertaining veranda, which is finished with sandstone pavers and offers shade year-round, this is the perfect place to relax and soak up the tropical atmosphere within a tranquil space. There are two generous sized bedrooms available. The main provides the convenience of an ensuite with double vanity unit and the added benefit of a private balcony, whilst the second bedroom downstairs has a small private courtyard and is near the main bathroom with shower and vanity. Both bedrooms have built-in robes and ceiling fans for added comfort. An allocated, undercover carport is available within this secure, gated complex.
