The interior of the accommodation is equally well kept. Very clean! Bed was comfortable and a small balcony was a lovely spot to relax. The kitchen is small and adequate for simple meals with stove top , microwave and bar fridge. Unfortunately I struggled with a very blunt knife, but in fairness I didn’t ask the proprietors about a better one, and believe they would have been willing to provide a solution if I had . The two male hosts are affable and helpful. I wasn’t prepared for the amount of stairs! There is no lift, so if stairs are a problem try for a ground floor apartment. Martinique on Macrossan is a short walk to some lovely restaurants, eateries, shops or to the beach. It is adults only which means enjoying a drink ,from an acrylic glass, in the garden won’t offend.
