Built over two levels, the villa provides full self-contained convenience complemented by the flexibility of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  
  
The open plan design of the lower level is made for relaxing with its dining area, well-appointed kitchen, lounge space and integrated laundry and (third) bathroom.  
  
The combination of air conditioning, ceiling fans, louvre windows and cool tiling will help ensure your comfort at all times.  
  
At the heart of this space is the large kitchen that has all your dining needs met with its oven, four-burner cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and island benchtop.   
  
Enjoy your meals inside or embrace the tropics and take it alfresco style under the rear covered patio that prefaces the privately fenced lawn area. The rear gate also provides access to the ever popular St Crispins cafe.

#### 5 Reef Terraces, great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at 5 Reef Terraces which was everything it said it would be, spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and perfect for our group of 5 ladies on our 20yr anniversary, with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms, own little backyard and 10 steps to the pool. I would highly recommend staying there.
