A spacious, private, split-level apartment which has been tastefully decorated in cool neutral tones with comfort and cool living in mind. It is the only apartment in the complex with it\`s own large courtyard with sun lounges and outdoor dining area at the rear - a perfect spot to enjoy dinner by candlelight in the evening or to laze about and relax. Entering through your private, secure gate leads into a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Bi-fold doors along 3 of the walls open to the balcony - offering superb indoor/outdoor living. Upstairs, the master bedroom with it\`s own en-suite includes double doors opening to a private outdoor seating area. There is a Queen bedroom plus a twin bedroom and a luxury bathroom on this level. The complex features a large swimming pool with spa. There are plenty of sun lounges, tables and chairs to relax and enjoy. This apartment is on the first level of the complex - there is only one set of stairs to reach the front door (the least amount for this complex). The kitchen was plentiful with items for cooking and entertaining. The pool was great in the afternoons to just sit around and relax. It is worth noting for anyone with accessibility issues that the property is located on a hill and even the ground floor apartments are accessed via stairs (a challenge for small children too).
