Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais.

We have spent an amazing week last week in this wonderful home. The views are unbelievable, the house is located right opposite the sea, you literally cross the road and you are on the beach!! The location was great for us, quite retreated from the busy touristic areas but yet, still near some great places to visit (Ile Madame of course at walking distance, Rochefort, La Rochelle, Ile d'Oléron, Ile d'Aix, etc...). The house was so well equipped and the swimming-pool area was a paradise for the children....and I have to say, for the adults too!! We made great use of the facilities, even if we had a fantastic weather and spent most of the days out, it was blissful to come back top a warm bubbling jacuzzi after a long day out visiting the area. Karine, the hostess is so helpful and bubbly and she will make you feel at home from the word go. I am hoping that one day we will come back here.

Merci à Carine et Yvan qui nous ont très bien accueilli dans cette superbe maison au bord de la plage ! Nous avons pu profiter des multiples activités dans la maison (Piscine, Jacuzzi, Tennis de table, Baby-foot, ...) et les commodités sont assez proches.

Magnifique séjour à Port des barques dans cette somptueuse maison qui accueille jusqu’à 14 personnes. L’espace piscine permet d’en profiter par tous les temps. Merci à Carine pour son accueil et ses informations sur les différents endroits à visiter. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Prestations au top ! espace ludique pour petits, ados et adultes . Si le soleil est absent : peu importe il y a de quoi passer de très bons moment. Un accueil personnalisé au top : un grand Merci à Carine et Yvan , adorables ! Des chambres avec salle de bain privatives : le pied . Une literie confortable. La vue … à rêver . Très belle maison où malgré le temps un peu mitigé en début de séjour nous avons profité d’un espace piscine jacuzzi magnifique. Tout est pensé pour notre confort. En garderons un beau souvenir et avons une grande envie d’y revenir.

Depuis l’accueil jusqu’au départ, les propriétaires ont été arrangeants et à l’écoute. Nous étions deux familles et l’agencement de la maison a été commode car chacune avait son étage. L’espace piscine est vraiment très sympa, nous en avons bien profité. Les enfants se sont bien amusés et tout est sécurisé. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour des balades sur la plage et l’accès à l’île Madame. Nous recommandons !

We had a fantastic stay at La Roccia. A beautiful Villa with quick access to beach and coastal walks. House has everything; character, space, light, sun traps, cool space, wooden floor, fully equiped with an array of equipmemt. Like having your own gym.

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée même si certains équipements commencent à vieillir (SPA, barbecue). De belles balades à pieds ou en vélo à faire à proximité. La plage toute proche n'est pas propice à la baignade à cause des dépôts de limon de la Charente. Nous avons passé une semaine bien agréable malgré une météo très moyenne...

Au hasard d’une météo catastrophique, nous avons tout de même pu facilement occuper les 5 enfants dans l’espace « tropical », s’isoler un peu au besoin, se retrouver avec une vue splendide sur l’embouchure de la Charente,et même quelques barbecues. Au vue de la météo sur tout le territoire cette semaine là, c’était inespéré. Un grand merci à Carine pour son accueil et son sourire. Toute la différence entre une location qui se passe tout juste bien, et une parfaite semaine de vacances! Merci encore, on reviendra aux villas de charme 17 sans nul doute !

Séjour très agréable dans une maison spacieuse qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Petit village sympathique qui propose tous les commerces de première nécessité à pied. Gérants agréables et aux petits soins si besoin. Bref Merci !!!!
