Te duur voor wat je krijgt

De woning zit op een mooie plek met mooi uitzicht. Verder stelt de woning niet veel voor. Veel achterstallig onderhoud en het het geen sfeer.

Séjour agréable mais quelques points à revoir

Appartement sur un bel emplacement avec vue sur mer comme sur la photo mais impossible de manger sur cette terrasse qui est en plein soleil. L'architecture de l'appartement est assez particulière : la cuisine est au fond du couloir, coincée entre 2 chambres. Pour aller de la cuisine au jardinet à l'arrière où se trouve une table sous un arbre, il faut passer par une chambre ! Certains équipements de la maison doit être renouvelée: 1 seule tasse à café, passoire à pâte cassée, ....Séjour agréabl

Amb altres residents a l'apartament a sobre el nostre ha estat insuportable dia i nit, Converses fortes, cops al terra i sobretot, arrastrant de cadires, taules i mobles, amb gran repercussió sobre el nostre apartament en planta baixa, perquè el forjat no està preparat per una insonorització acústica correcte. Cuina de gas defectuosa, costa d'encendre el forn i el gratinador no funcionava. Manca un rentaplats, i un estenedor mòbil. Banyera perillosa i un paviment general greixós i resclosit.

Cuando llegamos no estaba limpio, el suelo estaba pegajoso. Las almohadas sudorosas de los anteriores. Sofa del salon pegajoso. La vajilla olía. Cocina vieja. Ollas viejas. No tiene lavaplatos. Mueble baño, estanterías oxidados. Puertas sin pintar. No tenía ni una lamparita para leer en las mesillas de noche.Todo él muy justito. Había restos de una obra en la zona común.
