Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. We were there pretty much to eat and sleep. Spent all day on the lake. The property is very clean. Lots of room and very comfortable. We had mice in the house. Window were dirty. It did have a nice kitchen with new appliances. Faucets in bathroom tubs were lose. Upstairs of the house was very hot. The host was fantastic—very responsive and thorough, even checking in with us periodically during our stay. The home is thoughtfully stocked with lots of little extras that made it easy to settle in and feel right at home. We had plenty of space to prepare some of the food for the wedding and even had all the bridal party get ready at the home on the day of the wedding. A few notes for future guests:I didn’t realize there were steps at both entrances—about 3 to 4 stairs, including one just inside the back door. This may be mentioned in the listing, but based on the photos and the mention of a main-floor bedroom, I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue. We were traveling with my elderly mom and try to avoid stairs, but she managed with a bit of assistance. Just something to keep in mind if accessibility is a priority for others. Also, as some other guests have mentioned, the neighbors are particular about street parking near their homes and may come over to ask you to move your vehicle. However, there’s ample parking directly in front of the house on the street where there are no residences, so I’d recommend planning to park any extra vehicles there. ##### Susan O.
