Waterfront Home with Heated Pool, Bikes, Dock and Kayak on the Myakka River

  • This lovely Gulf Cove home offers fabulous views of the open water. EXCELLENT location (no homes across the channel, semi-private backyard compared to other properties) close to beaches, parks, fishing, cruises, dining, and so much more. This area is known for its world-renowned tarpon fishing. If you are eager to see fish up close, charter a boat and enjoy the sport first-hand. The Gulf Cove area is also known for golfing and beautiful beaches!

    Bring your boat and tie up right outside your private heated pool or use the kayak provided and go for a paddle out on the water. There’s only 1 bridge (20 ft tall) out to the Gulf of Mexico. Launch ramp and a community park is across the channel from your dock. The home is setup for a relaxing couples retreat or a family fun trip. Gorgeous Englewood beach is 10.8 miles away. (22 minute drive) Boca Grande is 16 miles away and it is STUNNING! Spend the day on the beach body boarding (boards provided), and the afternoons for a bike ride (bikes provided). Enjoy the evenings relaxing by the heated pool with the BBQ going and playing billiards or cornhole. This home has everything you need for your vacation pleasure.
