Very nice and accommodating renter

Nice quiet neighborhood, not to far from anything, pretty convenient spot. Pool was a bit chilly, but overall nice place to stay.

Fabulous pool vacation

The home is modestly decorated and comfortable. The pool was the reason we chose it & WOW did we enjoy it. We spent a good part of each day floating around & enjoying being together. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Excellent B & B

The owner communicates well with you and made it very easy to reserve. This adorable home will not disappoint. It is incredibly clean!! It is secluded and peaceful. They have taken extra steps to make sure you have a comfortable stay. It is in a good neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping, and only a short drive to Punta Gorda and the Peace River or to Venice Beach. We will definitely be staying at this B&B again.

Fantastic!

We loved this place so much that we tried to get again for next year but it was already rented 🙁. The house was very clean, and loaded with necessities, like shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap. The pool was clean and perfect! I went for a walk every day around the neighborhood and felt very safe with no worries. The host was great getting back to me with any questions or concerns i had. We would definitely recommend this home!

Exactly as expected

The property was just as shown in photos and described in the details. There was plenty of kitchen and bath linen. Baths were very clean and functional. The kitchen had all the cutlery and tools needed to prepare and serve meals. Our hostess made sure we were aware of the little things that sometimes get overlooked, like garbage day, lawn maintenance day and pool maintenance day and the service staff for those jobs were neat, effective and un-obtrusive. Loved it all! We'd give this property top rating in all aspects

Quick trip

Perfect little house with a pool! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and stores. 30 min from Venice Beach to look for sharks teeth! Highly recommend to any family.

Good experience overall

House had a nice vacation charm, we really enjoyed the pool and patio area. Very clean, host very responsive, answered within minutes. Overall a good experience. At the end I was a little surprised to see in the binder she left for us that we have to take all bed linens, put them in basket by the washing machine and have the washing machine started with towels. My surprise comes from the fact that we’re paying a 150 cleaning fee. We did leave everything clean. Thanks for everything. We really enjoyed!

Great North Port property

Liz was a fantastic person to rent from. The house was great, and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the closeness of the property to our extended family in the area, and all the hospitality that the house had to offer. Rooms were great, and the pool was fantastic too. I look forward to renting again.

Amazing Getaway

Relaxing Getaway!

This was our first month-long getaway from the North. What a totally relaxing place to call home for a few weeks. The layout of the house was perfect for us & a couple of guests. The pool was terrific & heated to a perfect 86 & was used on a daily basis. The pool area is quite private making one feel like you are on an oasis. We really appreciated the extras such as laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, & trash bags. When coming from a distance it's nice not to have to drag along all of that stuff. The house is nicely located in a mostly quiet neighborhood & is fairly close to grocery stores, gas stations, & restaurants, as well as beaches & trails. The owners are great communicators which was so appreciated. We would definitely rent this property again if the opportunity arose.

Pool was awesome. Heated nicely. Bedroom setups were good. We enjoyed our stay. New batteries needed in garage opener. Hair dryer in double bedroom did not work. Other than that we enjoyed our stay greatly.

Perfect getaway

Enjoyed the pool and the garage

The pool here was amazing. It was clean and the water temperature was comfortable. We also enjoyed being able to park our car in the garage, especially in the 90 degree heat. The master king bed was too soft for us though. We did appreciate the extra amenities such as laundry soap, hand soap kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher soap, etc…. Thank you Liz!

This house was PERFECT!

I didn’t want to leave! I am originally from Sarasota and have never been to North Port. It’s also been about 8+ years since I went back home to Florida. I live in Georgia now and the house was a PERFECT getaway! The pool was perfect! If I could buy that house I would! Thank you again for sharing your home!
