Huge negative, we found someone was living in the garage, we could hear them snoring at night on several occasions. No one was to be staying here but us very scary. The back yard was a mess and not usable. Only Two windows operated and some of the blinds were either broken or inoperable. They stated that the beach was 7 minutes away, not true. Average 45 minutes to an hour away. We also found the owner parking out front late one night so we confronted him he said he was checking the grass, we believe he was waiting for the right time to get into the garage. We contacted VRBO and complained but it took us confronting him for it to stop.
Stayed 90 nights in Jan 2024
