This is a typical kiwi Bach with water restrictions due to tank water and very compact but fine for our party of 7 in nice weather with views to the ocean. Chattels need updating as no washing machine (that we could find) or lift (not that we needed one) and delays in communications with manager in regards to parking situation for trailer, keys etc but generally awesome stay and comfy beds.
