Tried to have a one night getaway with family after which we ended up extra tired and exhausted due to the lack of sleep. On arrival, we had to call a mobile number to find out what room we were in as there was no staff onsite. There was one wall-mounted soap dispenser for hand soap and for shampoo. After travelling all day and being wet from sightseeing, last thing I want to do it sit in the car waiting for a call back. Then to be told our room was unlocked and keys inside. Very poor way to run a business and won’t return. On check out also reception locked and just left keys in room. Weird very weird. Please be aware wifi advertised as available but we couldn’t get anything. Tried searching for our next days travel but not able to get on. Close to 12 Apostles, Loch Ard gorge, 12 Apostles gourmet trail, Petersborough. Good towels. The shower was curtained and did not have a cubical which meant water all over the floor.
