"I’d recommend driving the half hour and stay in Woodstock rather than staying here. Rooms are motel style in two separate buildings. The rooms are quite dated, carpets are old, desk and chair belong in a dorm room."
Amazing Views of Two Beaches – Treehouse Retreat with Wildlife & Waves
2/10 Terrible
"The place is so quaint but the host is not at all prepared for guests. Didn’t respond until I prompted again, parking far and hard to find. I had to ask neighbours…..can’t control heat, no forks, cups, dinner plates, only 1 pot, 1 pan, TV doesn’t work, nor does the oven, told us there was firewood but there was none. Many steps up which we knew about but dangerous spots for kids. We had to leave several times to get what should have been provided. I suggested we get reimbursed for the things we had to run out to buy that should have been there but I have not heard back. You can get just as nice of a place with very organized hosts for the same price or less. I would not suggest this place. "
"3rd stay at the Bunkie! Was absolutely amazing. Erin is always super accommodating as a hoast, answering all our questions. The bunkie is always stocked up with lots of fire wood and the heater was more then enough to keep warm during the cold march nights!Looking very forward to my next stay!"
Nature Retreat | Cabin on 40 Acres, 15 Mins from Beaches
6/10 Okay
"Description of property could use some tweaking. We did not expect to have to heat cabin with a tiny (size of a double toaster) and a heat lamp. It was difficult to keep cabin warm so would recommend better heating system. Cabin was clean but the outside was messy with items strewn around the property. Porta potty was very clean and hot shower was nice. "
"Room was okay notice some stains on a chair. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great!! Pool and hot tub was clean. Gym looked good. Front desk staff were very helpful when we had a lost item. They found it and returned it to us. "
Relax house a few minutes from Port Stanley beach, with hot tub and game room
10/10 Excellent
"House was beautiful, everything was new and great for kids, kids play room and fans room was fun for adults too. Hot tube was nice and hot. Only negative was the locked box was hard to get into. Key pad would be better and easier. "
