The house is very nice and clean, with great access to the beach. Be aware this is located about 2 hrs from either airport. It is on the peninsula so access is by ferry. I understand this is a rental however the cookware needs updating. Not much to work with for cooking family meals. Property Manager very responsive!

So much Fun!
Great property for our family of 10 to stay. Super close to the beach, convenient to the shops. Only downside was the sewer smell while using the grill downstairs. Everything was great otherwise!

Lovely Property!
This house was perfect for our family of six adults and two children, and could have comfortably accommodated two more children in the cute bunk room. The extra bar space just off the kitchen was really nice to store all of our drinks out of the way of the kitchen, a really nice plus for this property. It is an easy walk to the beach and very nice views from several areas of the home. Overall, everything was perfect for our stay and the owner was very responsive to questions we had during the time we were there.

Family Getaway
We enjoyed this beautiful beach house more than words can say! It was such a special getaway for us, our kids, and grandkids. Fun times on the beach, watermelon, visiting/playing, and grilling downstairs at cabin, and relaxing evenings inside. It was somewhat noisy at night (Memorial Day Weekend), but it was fine because we all brought fans/white noise for our rooms. I would whole-heartedly recommend this beautiful destination to friends and family, and we definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Very clean ! Close to beach with beautiful views. Was a bit noisy at night with loud cars and music but I’m sure that depends on the surrounding people. We didn’t get good weather but the beach house was wonderful. Very responsive owner answered all my questions promptly.

Senior Prom weekend
This house was perfect for a group of friends to chill for the weekend. The beds were super comfortable and configured perfectly for us. Loved the master bathroom, and kitchen. Modern and so nice. The huge tv in the living room had plenty of choice of streaming channels and the sofas were absolutely the best. The weather was cool and windy so we hung out at the house a lot, so having comfortable seating enough for everyone was a big bonus. We grilled and made a fire in the fire pit. Overall the house had something for everyone, good entertainment for the teens and very comfortable for the chaperones.

Perfect get away!
The property was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was roomy with a wrap around porch with 3 separate sitting areas. The view of the beach was great with a 2 minute walk to the sand. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfection!
This house was absolutely perfect for my family! I rented it for Spring Break with my daughter’s family which includes three boys, ages 6, 13 and 18. We all loved the house and agreed that it is our favorite rental to date.The open floor plan made it easy for everyone to enjoy being together. Many games were played around the picnic style table in the family room. The inviting outdoor space provided a great place to congregate. We enjoyed the fire pit every evening and the hammock was always in high demand. We will be back.

The property was well taken care of very pretty. The check out policy was different than any we'd had before. We were asked to wash and put away all dishes and towels. all towels andIn all of our previous stays we left the sheets to be cleaned by VRBO service and we could start dishwasher and then leave. Our leave time was delayed waiting for towels to dry and put away. Otherwise, we had a great stay and were provided weverything we needed.

The house is beautiful, clean, cool a/c, and a two minute walk from the beach! I will not hesitate to rent it again. Everything is just as described in the post. The only issue (very minor) during our stay is that both the wifi and cell service was spotty on the peninsula. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us, but if you are planning on working while you are there it might be difficult.

The pictures and description of the property do not do it justice! The view of the ocean is amazing and literally within 2 blocks of the beach. The house was amazingly clean which is so very important. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook every meal during our stay. There are plenty of towels for our family of 10. No problems with the AC at all it worked perfectly there is even additional box fans in each room should you need them. We highly recommend this location and will be back! I have to admit this is the best location we have selected on the beach to date!!!!!

Weekend with Family Before College
My wife and I had our three kids and their significant others for the weekend before college started back up. The house itself is perfect for a family visit and has great access to the beach. As far as having a stay-at-home weekend, though... there are absolutely no kitchen supplies at all. No Ziploc, aluminum foil, seasonings/spices, Tupperware. This isn't a deal-breaker. Just be prepared. We weren't. Another complaint is that the A/C just didn't work. It was hot at check-in and broke three times while we were there. Carrin did great at getting us someone on Saturday, but it didn't even make it till Sunday at checkout.

Family Get Away
This was a great place for our family trip. We had guests ranging from 84 years old down to just under 2 years old. Everyone felt right at home and really enjoyed the trip and the beach house. I will definitely recommend this place and would not think twice about returning for another Crystal Beach vacation.

We stayed 4th if July weekend. The home is nice; however there were a few things that were a disappointment. The ac stopped cooling the second night we were there. The owner sent an AC tech out but he did not fix the issue and stopped communicating with her altogether. We had no AC for two days/nights. It was hot and miserable. The owner sent out a second technician and he fixed the issue. Also, the remote to the fans need new batteries and the ice maker did not work. The home is nice and in a great location. I understand things happen and are beyond the owners control. In going forward, I’ll be asking the property owners what their protocol is when things like the AC is not properly working is.
