New construction home, beautifully decorated with dock and boat lift. Well appointed and ready to rent. Bay access is ideal in the popular gated community of Laguna Harbor with direct bay access. Close to beach too!



Bedroom 1 (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen), Bedroom 3 ( Queen), Extra Sleeping (1 Portable Twin). Bathroom 1 (Tub/Shower Combo), Bathroom 2 en suite (Shower), Bathroom 3 (Large soaking tub, Large Glass Shower).


2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)
FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place).

The location is perfect for bay fishing or even fishing off the dock. We enjoyed seeing the lighthouse, Fort Travis and took a short ride across the ferry to Sea Wolf Park and the USS TEXAS Battleship. The house had everything we needed for a nice get away to do some fishing and relaxing.

We took our 24' boat and kept it in the provided boat lift and had a great time. We even caught two nice redfish off the dock. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely return next year.

My 24’ boat fit perfect in the lift, the boat dock has lights for night fishing and a fish cleaning station. The house is awesome, everything you need to have a great time! We will definitely rent it again this summer.
