"Our stay was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene of the room. We found cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes and spiders inside the room. More concerning, we also noticed insect/animal droppings, including on the bed. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic...

The staff are outstanding and the location is beautiful. The food is very good and they have a good range of alcoholic beverages. The Settlers experience is excellent. Everything is kept very clean.
Things they could improve, the villa we stayed in (12) could do with refurbishing. It is comfortable but for example the bathroom floor is slats and you can lose earrings etc through the gaps. It also creaks loudly! The only other thing is that the food delivery can be slow at times.
