Private: property 800 m2 with trees, meadow, parking on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "SAINT-LO-D'OURVILLE Mairie" 2.2 km, sandy beach 5 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
    "Les Mésanges", 6-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, DVD and wood-burning stove. Living room with winter garden with dining table. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
