Ideally located 200 meters from the beach, it can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,000 m² garden. The accommodation comprises First floor \- A lovely 45m2 living room with a large lounge, TV and spacious dining area, \- A fully-equipped open kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bathroom with bath and walk-in shower \- Cellar with dressing area, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, raclette machine, crepe maker..... \- Separate WC Upstairs, a mezzanine offers additional relaxation space for adults and children, with a wide selection of comics.
