CHARMING HOUSE WOOD FRAMEWORK IN SEASIDE

The house was built in 2018 in a large garden with fruit trees. It is ranked three stars in the classification of furnished tourism.
It is located in the small town of Portbail, charming family resort in Cotentin in Lower Normandy (500 meters from the village, its shops and the sea!).
In Portbail, you will find all the necessary amenities (pharmacy, doctors, shops, restaurants, bars ....).
Portbail also has a sailing school, sand yacht, equestrian center, a small port and a large sandy beach (just 2 km from the house).
It is an ideal starting point to visit the Channel (marshes of Cotentin and Bessin, Mont Saint Michel bay, Granville, Saint Vaast la Hougue and Tatihou, Carteret ...).
Do you like walking, cycling? Many trails and coastal paths await you! A professional cycle rental is located near the house.
You can reach the Anglo-Norman islands by regular shuttles from Carteret (about 7km) during the tourist season.
The house is very well equipped (nine) and has a large wooden terrace facing South / Southwest.

The property is well-maintained, tastefully decorated and has all the modern amenities one might hope to find in a holiday home, There are two large sliding doors / windows onto south and west- facing decking, and so it is possible to sit outside in the sunshine from sunrise until sunset. The large, private garden, with its fruit trees and flower beds, is a huge added bonus. Port Bail is a lovely village, conveniently located for the ferry from both Cherbourg and Caen, and within a short distance of the D-Day beaches, Mont St Michel and all of Normandy's other attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Das gepflegte, wunderbar eingerichtete Ferienhaus steht in einem schönen Garten in ruhiger Ortsrandlage - wir verbrachten dort eine tolle Woche. Anita hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Valérie war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Une maison très agréable à vivre. L’endroit est calme. Le village de Portbail tout proche pour aller s’y promener à pied. Tous les commerces à proximité. Et pleins de lieux touristiques à visiter. L’accueil d’Anita est chaleureux. Tout est bien. Pour preuve, c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons.

Unser Urlaub in diesem kleinen, sehr schön ausgestatteten Haus war einfach perfekt. Anita hat bei Ankunft alles wunderbar erklärt und die Kommunikation mit Valerie war sehr nett. Wir konnten das sonnige Wetter im Garten genießen und uns sogar an den Apfelbäumen bedienen. Die Lage ist perfekt für viele schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Das Häuschen ist für 2 Personen optimal. Portbail ist ein hübscher Ort und alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch das Meer. Besonders der Markt am Dienstag ist ein Erlebnis. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ein echtes Plus. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Cette location est 1ère au palmarès de toutes celles que j'ai testées : fiabilité de l'annonce, excellence de la communication et de l'accueil, confort, soin et goût pour l'aménagement int. & ext., calme de l'emplacement, proximité des lieux incontournables pour rayonner dans la région. Pas de mauvaise surprise, que des bonnes ! Un vrai cocon pour des vacances sans accroc. Je recommande vivement et songe déjà à rééditer un séjour à Port-Bail chez V. Massé.

Accueil fort sympathique d'Anita. "Cabane" agréablement située, pensée, décorée, idéale en couple ou en solo. Jardin et terrasse au calme. Portbail est un petit bourg commerçant où l'on trouve tout + les producteurs locaux présents les jours de marché. Le havre est un milieu naturel d'émerveillement perpétuel. Séjour très dépaysant. A recommander sans réserve.
