"The room that we got was so new! I could even smell the new wood smell. Nice tall ceiling, big windows facing the beautifully groomed garden, with chickens and rabbits sometimes in the garden. Kitchen area is small but it’s ok. I love that the dining table is facing the window too. All facilities worked well and very new. Bed was nice and I slept so well there. The only criticism would be there were like some dead flies in the room, like 6 of them. Not sure how they got in, but would be nice for...

The beach is only @ 20metres away ( not 5mins )and its a lovely lovely beach ...... its got a full kitchen, which I couldn't see on the booking site. The walks ( close by ) were great - Cape Raoul Lookout - was MAGNIFICIENT !. The pennicot boat tour was wonderful. Loved the place. "
