"The staff was excellent, breakfast was filling, property clean. Check-in was arduous, but the front desk staff was pleasant and made every effort to alleviate the situation. Note that there is a two hundred dollars refundable incidental charge that can either be paid in cash or held against a credit card, it cannot be held against a debit card as I learned the hard way. Expedia does not explicit provide that information. Overall it was a good stay. Quiet property, beautiful view from the balconies, lovely pool deck with a Jamaica-shaped pool. Close to the town and many eating areas. "

"I had an excellent experience here and definitely plan on coming back again and again! The overall vibe and quality of the place are top-notch. There were just a couple of small things that could be improved for an even better stay: • Amenities: I wasn’t a huge fan of the provided body wash, so I’ll probably bring my own next time. • Comfort: The pillows were a bit too flat for my liking. The only real issue I encountered was during an early departure. Since it was during "dog watch hours," the gate was locked for vehicle access. I tried calling the office number, but no one answered. I eventually had to knock on the security room door several times before the guard was able to come out and open the gate. Despite that bit of friction at checkout, I really enjoyed my time here and look forward to my next visit!"
