Gut eingerichtetes Dorfhaus. Der Pool ist größer als er wirkt. Schöne Ausstattung. Küche ist direkt neben der Terrasse. Super Grill. Gute Klimaanlage, allerdings nur in einem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnbereich. Es ist alles überhaupt nicht touristisch. Bemerkenswert ist noch die überaus üppig ausgestattete Küche (z.B. mind. 5 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen), guter neuer Geschirrspüler. Und besonders möchte ich hier noch die sehr sehr freundlichen Vermieter erwähnen.

Sehr charmantes von außen unscheinbares Häuschen, indem wir uns zu fünft sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool und die Terrasse und Dachterrasse sind großartig. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind äußerst herzlich und haben uns mit Wein und üppigem Obstkorb begrüßt. Der Ort ist sehr authentisch und liegt zentral auf der Insel. Die Vermieter jederzeit bemüht darum, dass seine Gäste zufrieden sind. Entgegen der strengen Interchaletrichtlinien sind die Vermieter total entspannt.

Wir waren zu Zweit Ende September dort. Das Wetter war super und das Haus hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber und mit allem Wichtigem ausgestattet, besonders erwähnenswert sind aber vor alle die liebevolle Einrichtung, der Pool und der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Der Ort ist ruhig und absolut nicht touristisch, was uns gut gefallen hat und mit einem Auto kommt man gut an alle Orte der Insel. Wir würden das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wiederkommen.

Pros: - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche - gute Betten - schöner Innenhof - toller Grill - Parkplatz im Innenhof - freundlicher Vermieter Cons: - direkt an der Strasse. Eingangstür ist direkt vom Wohnzimmer auf die Strasse, manchmal ein wenig laut und Abgase - Großes Bad riecht nach Abwasser Kanal, da ist etwas undicht. Abhilfe: Duftspray,, wird vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Besser wäre eine Reparatur - Strom für Klimaanlage muss bei häufiger Benutzung extra bezahlt werden

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Aber was ich gerne hervorheben möchte ist die Sauberkeit. Es war wirklich tip top sauber. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Pool. Das Haus hat einen Parkplatz was uns mit dem Mietwagen sehr entgegenkam. Das Haus ist in einem wunderschönen Städchten und fussläufig ist auch ein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der für uns schönste Strand Mallorcas "Es trenc" ist in 25km zu erreichen.

Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es einen Früchtekorb und eine gute Flasche Wein. Die Übergabe und Abgabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert und problemlos. Tolle Wohnung mit gutem Standort für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto oder dem Rad. Die Küche bietet alles was zum selber kochen benötigt wird. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. Ein anderes Mal gerne wieder.

Rolige omgivelser, seperat parkering ved siden af huset, tæt på byens centrum. Dejlig pool, huset havde det man skulle bruge, rent og pænt. Der mangler en aircon i det ene soveværelse, hvilket gjorde det umuligt at sove i, i den varme periode.

Urlaub in diesem Haus lohnt sich! Mitten im Ort und doch ungestört wohnen. Das Häuschen ist voll ausgestattet, liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder sind gegeben. Das Internet ist stabil genug zum Arbeiten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Viele Stammgäste sprechen für sich.

LA CASA PERFECTA, TIENE TOTAL INTIMIDAD YA QUE NO TE VEN DESDE NINGUNA OTRA CASA. GARAJE EN EL SOLAR DE AL LADO QUE ES DE LOS MISMOS PROPIETARIOS Y TE DEJAN APARCAR EL COCHE ALLÍ MISMO. LOS PROPIETARIOS ENCANTADORES, NOS FACILITARON LA ESTANCIA Y FUERON MUY AMABLES. LA CASA ESTÁ SITUADA A 30 MIN DE LAS PLAYAS DEL SUR DE LA ISLA Y A 1 HORA DE LOS PUEBLOS DEL NORTE. DISFRUTAMOS MUCHO DE NUESTRA ESTANCIA.

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Stadthaus, 2 Schlafzimmer (wobei eins zur Straße gerichtet ist- daher ist es nicht ruhig) Im OG. Das Badezimmer hat leider etwas gemüffelt, ein kleines WC befindet sich noch im OG. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr dunkel, In den Sommermonaten sicher nicht tragisch. Etwas schwierig ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter...nur Spanisch. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, es liegt sehr zentral.

Geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet; sehr sauber; mitten im Ort. Schöne Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten auf der Terasse unten (mit kleinem Swimmingpool) und oben. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Porreres ist ein lebendiges kleines Städtchen ohne viel Tourismus; zentrale Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen.

La casa cuenta con todos los servicios, A. es un excelente anfitrión y pasamos una estancia muy cómoda. La piscina es pequeña pero para los niños a sido suficiente. El pueblo es muy pequeño pero tiene un supermercado y algunos cafés y restaurantes, desde ahí en auto se llega fácilmente a todos lados.

Eine hervorragende, sehr gepflegte und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft; der Herbergsvater ist sehr rührig. Der äußerst gepflegte Pool, der bei Abendstimmung / in der Nacht unterwasserbeleuchtet werden kann, befindet sich vor der Küche, sodass man die Kinder jederzeit unter Aufsicht haben kann. An Inventar ist alles vorhanden: von Kaffeemaschine über CD– Player bis hin zu Toaster / Waschmaschine und sogar Trockner. Reisetipps: Zwei Supermärkte / Bäcker befinden sich in Laufnähe. Strände, Palma und das beeindruckende Mittelgebirge sind mit dem Auto innerhalb einer halben Stunde zu erreichen.
