Family house from the 40s, classified as "furnished tourist accommodation" 3* of 66m², located in a quiet area, it will charm you with its ideal location: 500m from the beach, 200m from the shops and the market square, close to the marina, the train station. Ideal for holidays with family or friends of up to 5 people, its layout, linen included (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) and its south-west facing courtyard of 50m² will welcome you pleasantly for your stay.<br>You will access the house through a gate (sliding and locking) leading to a parking space and a driveway that will lead you into the courtyard of the house. <br><br>The entrance to the house is through the kitchen, the main rooms are built around the courtyard. It is your responsibility to make sure that the house is well closed when you go on an expedition.<br>The rented accommodation is complete. The house is located on an independent basement (entrance from the street, no direct communication with the floor) and reserved for strictly private and non-rental use (storage of personal belongings and possibly occasionally occupied by the owners to ensure the reception of guests). <br><br>*The kitchen: 4-burner gas hob, hood, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, universal filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, children's crockery. Everything is provided so that you can cook (or not) like at home, even the bowl to cook the shellfish if the fishing has been good! <br>Sorting bins are installed in the cabinet, it is your responsibility to evacuate them, to leave them empty and clean when you leave (see guide of the house on site)<br>Some basic products will be at your disposal: salt, pepper, coffee capsules.... cleaning products<br><br>*The dining room open to the kitchen and the living room/veranda<br><br>*The living room/veranda opens onto the courtyard: sofa, bench, armchairs. Storage in part of the cupboards, games in the chest of drawers, modular coffee tables. Electric shutters, sliding windows. South-west orientation.<br>80cm adjustable television (living room, kitchen, dining room)<br><br>*Bedroom 1: renovated in January 2023. Bed 160, possibility of putting a cot with mattress (provided). Closets with wardrobe, sink.<br><br>*Bedroom 2: renovated in 2021. Modular offering up to 3 single beds with the mezzanine bed (forbidden to children under 6 years old and +70kgs). Possibility of making a 160cm bed with mattress topper.<br><br>Beds will be made on arrival, upon declaration of the number of occupants. In case of specific request, an additional cleaning of sheets and mattress pads may be applied, payable directly to the concierge service. The beds are equipped with waterproof mattress protectors, pillow pads and duvets. <br><br>*Bathroom/toilet: bath mat and towels provided, hairdryer, body/hair shower gel, booster seat. Beach towels not provided.<br><br>*Courtyard: charcoal barbecue with utensils, lounge and garden table, deckchairs, parasol, clotheslines and drying rack. Shade cloth (use cf. house guide)<br><br>*Shed: washing machine, sink with cold water (perfect for rinsing your peach or your wetsuit!) <br><br>* Baby equipment (cot, booster seat, bath, potty)<br><br>The house is equipped with fibre. The use of wifi is done according to the regulations in force (no downloads, no forbidden sites).<br><br>Possibility to make an Intermarché Pornichet drive and have our concierge service pick it up and store it in the house before your arrival (service charged 30€ to be paid on site). <br><br>Possibility of babysitting for max 2 children (to be seen directly with the concierge service) <br><br>The house is located in a quiet and residential area, we thank you for applying the rules of the area (no untimely noises).<br><br>You will be welcomed by us or our concierge service.
