The bright, functional house greets you with an authentic, friendly atmosphere—ideal for unwinding. The 25 m² living-dining room with TV invites you to relax, while the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals.
The house sleeps up to 4 guests: a master bedroom with a double bed (140) and a children’s alcove with bunk beds (2x90). There’s a bathroom and separate toilet for your convenience.
The real highlight is the beautiful, fully enclosed 240 m² garden—a safe playground for children and a peaceful haven for parents, set on a quiet lane. Enjoy outdoor meals or relaxing moments with the garden furniture and barbecue. Two parking spaces are available on the property, which even offers a sea view.
The Source beach is just 80 meters away—ideal for families with children. Discover the beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte de Jade, coastal paths, and the nearby town of Pornic with its shops. One pet is welcome to join your family holiday.
