Apartment on the 1st floor with separate entrance, offers two double bedrooms (140 beds) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation consists of an independent equipped kitchen as well as all the household appliances necessary to make you feel at home; induction hob, fridge - freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, coffee machine, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. The kitchen and the TV-WIFI living room allow you to access a 16m² terrace without vis-à-vis with garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs and shade cloths in fine weather) and griddle. A bathroom with Italian shower (renovation 2025) and an independent toilet complete the rental.
A hairdryer, iron and washing machine are also provided for maximum convenience.
