The accommodation offers a perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Côte de Jade; renowned for its succession of small creeks with blonde sand, the Porteau and Sainte Marie sur Mer district benefits from being both peaceful whilst remaining close to the village of Saint Marie (municipality of Pornic) and the beaches. First-floor apartment with independent entrance, offering two double bedrooms (140cm beds) and a convertible sofa, thus accommodating up to 6 people.



The accommodation consists of an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, citrus press and dishwasher. The kitchen and TV-WIFI lounge give you access to a 16m² terrace with no overlooking neighbours, furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers and shade sails in fine weather) and a plancha. A bathroom with walk-in shower (2025 renovation) and a separate WC complete the rental.

A hairdryer, an iron and a washing machine are also at your disposal for maximum comfort.

Be sure not to leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchots Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer and oysters from Bourgneuf Bay, the famous Ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Pancakes from "St-Michel", the equally good hot or cold "Le curé Nantais" as well as, in moderation, the local beers from "La Brigantine".

Excellent séjour

Logement très agréable, bien décoré, propre, lumineux et fonctionnel. Grand espace douche. Terrasse top.Si nous ne devions émettre qu'un seul bémol : l'appartement étant sous les toits, il serait bien de prévoir des ventilateurs dans les chambres, irrespirables en cas de fortes chaleurs (pour notre part nous n'avons été concernés qu'une seule nuit mais aurions apprécié).La proximité de la plage et du sentier côtier est très appréciable.Un grand merci à Catherine, notre contact Hoomy, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour visiter Pornic et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
