No smoking, no pets. Apartment recently renovated (June 2026), suitable for people with allergies, accessible (apartment entrance has a threshold). Bedding and towels available upon request. Occupancy: max. 4 people (double bed, two sofa beds). Utilities, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking space, and final cleaning included.
