Porlezza. The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot. The villa is situated in Porlezza on Lake Lugano and lies amidst the green parkland of Porto Letizia. The family-friendly resort features a public lakeside park with winding walking trails and a communal beach with SUP and watersports rentals, 2 children's playgrounds and a main building, the Palazzo, with a reception, a stylish café-bar, a modern Italian restaurant, the Panama Restaurant, and more. In July and August there is also an entertainment programme for children. Thanks to the central location of the resort on Via Prati, guests can access the town amenities, bus and ferry links, and Porlezza’s lakeside road (2-5 minutes’ walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss lakes, the resort is only a short drive from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque, well-connected Lake Como resort of Menaggio on Lake Como (22-28 minutes by car). Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property, subject to availability.
